Oh hey, gorgeous!

Hello, I'm Raquel the creator and maker behind Lavender and Teal Handmade.

I love to create handmade earrings and accessories from Polymer Clay as it's so versatile and the creations that can be made are endless. There is also minimal waste with polymer clay as left over scraps of clay are used to create new designs or colours.

Each piece is handmade by me in my Brisbane studio and so much love and time goes into each and every piece.

I love all things cute and spooky, retro, and psychdelic. I enjoy playing with patterns, creating bright and colourful slabs and handmaking whimsical designs such as mushrooms, moon, stars, fairy doors and so much more.

Shipping within Australia only at this time. All items shipped via Australia Post.

Standard shipping $10.95 and Express Post shipping $14.45. Both will include a tracking number - Please note selecting express won't speed the processing time.

What are the earrings made of?

We use surgical stainless steel earring posts, hooks and hoops, which are good for most people with sensitive ears.

I love big earrings but they look heavy, are they?

Nah, they are super light weight, you won't even hardly tell you have them on and they won't stretch your ear lobes.

Are the colours exactly as they appear on my screen?

It is really hard to get the colour exact, as it depends on the lighting, the computer or phone screen. We do our best to try and get it as close as possible but sometimes it may look different.

Product Care

Here are some tips for caring for you new gems:

Keep in a cool, dry place

Take off when taking a shower or swimming

Do not bend and try not to drop

Gently wipe clean with a microfibre cloth and water

Keep away from the little ones and pets

Let's Talk Packaging!

It's really important for me to do my part for the environment, so I do as much as possible to use paper/cardboard products with my packaging, so most of my packaging is either recyclable, reusable or compostable. I am looking into compostable stickers and business cards.
